The correct ore feeding condition is: ore distribution The disc is evenly dispersed in the crushing chamber, and the ore fed is not higher than the level of the rolled wall.

(2) The maximum ore size of the crusher is ≤85% to the size of the mine mouth. Otherwise, the dryer manufacturer will lead to the reduction of the crusher output and the damage of some components of the cone crusher.

(3) Do not load the crusher to avoid accidents.

(4) When parking, the mining machine must be stopped first, and the ore that has entered the crushing chamber must be broken and discharged to stop the crusher.

(5) When the crusher is working, always check the pressure of the locking system and the working condition of the hydraulic station, and deal with the problem promptly.

(6) Replacement of rolling wall

The manufacturer of the U-shaped screw-breaking machine on the rolling wall is nailed on the adjusting ring, and the zinc alloy is injected between the two to make it tightly combined. When the new wall is installed or replaced, after 6-8 hours of work, it should be Check the tightening and tighten the U-screw again.

(7) Replacement of conical broken wall

The cone crushing wall is fixed on the cone body with a conical head. The zinc alloy is cast between the two. After 6-8 hours of new or newly replaced cone crushing wall, the fastening condition should be checked and it is found that the loosening should be tight immediately. solid.

(8) Gear meshing

Because the friction causes the disc to wear, it affects the change of the cement production process gap between the gears. To ensure the normal meshing of the gears, the gasket must be added to the bottom cover, and the thickness of the gasket should be equal to the wear of the circular plate.

(9) Bearings and seals

When installing the bowl-shaped bearing, be careful not to damage the oil slinger (supported by hardwood or the like between the ropes). When assembling, the supporting spherical surface should be scraped to ensure that the crushing cone and the bowl-shaped mutual spherical surface should ensure an annular gap of 0.35-0.5 mm in contact with the inner ring in the outer circle. The bowl-shaped bearing bush is fixed on the bowl-shaped bearing frame by the locking bolt of the surrounding bain alloy to prevent the bowl-shaped bearing bush from rotating along the circumference. The bowl-shaped bearing frame and the frame body are fixed by the key (pin). If the bowl-shaped bearing frame is found to have a gap with the frame body, it must be processed immediately.

(10) The cylindrical bushing and the frame body are a third type of transition fit. In order to prevent the rotation of the bushing, a zinc alloy is injected into the upper groove of the bushing, and the new bushing should be replaced according to the actual size of the frame body. Because the crusher passes through the vertical crusher for a long time, the loading and unloading will inevitably lead to a change in the coordination relationship. If the gap is too large, the bushing will be broken.

(11) Conical bushing

The taper sleeve and the eccentric shaft should be tightly combined, and the zinc alloy should be injected to prevent the taper sleeve from rotating. The zinc alloy should be filled with all the gaps. Due to the price of the hot-zinc-zinc alloy crusher, the stone product line of the taper sleeve may be deformed, so the new cone set is good. Check the size and find that the Zhengzhou E-break should be corrected in time. The spare parts should be prepared according to the actual size of the inner diameter of the eccentric sleeve to maintain the original fit.

(12) spring

The function of the spring is to protect the crusher from damage when the crusher enters the unbreakable material, so the pressure of the spring is compatible with the crushing force of the crusher. When the crusher is in normal working, the spring is not moving, only in the crushing chamber. When the iron block is dropped and the crusher is overloaded, the spring is compressed when the support sleeve is lifted. The upper part of the cone crusher jumps during normal operation. This is an abnormal phenomenon. The sand making equipment must be carefully analyzed. The reason is to take measures to eliminate it. If the spring is incorrectly compressed, it will not work properly, but the parts may be damaged. The compression spring will cause an increase in the crushing force.

There are several reasons for the upper part of the crusher to jump:

A, uneven or poor ore

B. The ore contains too much small pieces and powdery ore or excessive humidity.

C. The gap in the discharge port is too small.
