What is the content of overhaul, medium repair and minor repair of cone crusher?

The medium repair cycle is cleaned once every 4-6 months. The main contents include:

(1) replacing the liner;

(2) repairing or replacing the eccentric bushing, the taper sleeve and the straight sleeve;

(4) repairing or replacing the bevel gear, the transmission shaft and the bearing bush;

(5) repairing the adjustment ring and the support thread;

The overhaul is about four years or based on actual conditions. Its contents include:

(1) repairing or replacing the frame and the basic part of the problem;

(2) Carrying out all inspections and treatments of the intermediate repair projects and carrying out technical transformations;

(3) Replace the stator coil of the motor (determined according to the preventive test) and dip the paint; decide whether to replace the rotor shaft according to the actual situation.

Regardless of overhaul, medium repair, and minor repairs, detailed records should be made, and the repair plan should be numbered in advance to prepare spare parts, materials, and tools.
