When the thickness of the moving cone and the fixed cone lining is 65%-80% or the local wear dent is deformed and broken, it should be replaced. After installing the liners, check that they are centered correctly. If the center is wrong, there will be collisions during the movement, the product size will be uneven, and even cause the internal friction parts to heat up. Zinc alloy prior to casting, the gap should be around clogged with clay or asbestos tight to prevent the outflow of zinc alloy. Do not allow moisture on the surface where the alloy is in contact during casting, as this may cause an explosion. Therefore, pre-heating, drying, or in order to shorten the time (not preheating) before casting, a method of applying a layer of machine oil on the contact surface, and then pouring with a special tool. After pouring, tighten the fastening bolts of the liner.
